ARIZONA CHARLIES: Joe Guercio Orchestra in the Grand Ballroom with a gourmet buffet, midnight champagne toast, party favors and dancing. $59.95 per person. BALLY'S: Taylor Dane in concert at the Jubilee Theater. 11pm showtime. $93 per person. (702) 739-4441

BOULDER STATION: Dance Party at the Railhead Lounge with Soul'd Out and Solid Gold. $39.95 per person includes favors and a champagne toast. (702) 432-7777

CAESARS PALACE: Spend the evening with Tony Bennett in the Circus maximus. $125 per person for a 10:30 pm show includes a split of champagne. Cleopatra's barge features Anita Sarawak at 9pm. (800) 445-4544.

DESERT INN: Daryl Hall and John Oates at 10:45pm, dinner show in the Crystal Showroom. $195. The Starlight lounge features Kid Creole and the Coconuts at 10:45pm, $40 cover includes 2 drinks. (702) 733-4566

FLAMINGO HILTON: See the Radio City Rockettes in the Flamingo Showroom. Dinner show $130 per person includes dinner, tax and tip at 10:20 pm. $80 without dinner. Forever Plaid performs at 7:30pm in Bugsy's Celebrity Theater. $35 per person. Live music by the Great American Swing Band in the Silver State Ballroom at 9pm $35.

FREMONT STREET EXPERIENCE Starship featuring Mickey Thomas on the 1st St. stage at 9:10pm, 10:10pm, and 11:10pm. Bachman Turner Overdrive performs on the 3rd St. stage at 9:10pm, 10:10pm and 11:10pm. At 11:30pm the midnight countdown show begins with confetti cannons welcoming 1999. $10 dollars per person includes party favors. The street opens at 5pm. Lots of fun, dress warm, very crowded!

GOLD COAST: Freddy Fender in the showroom at 9pm and 11:45pm (2 one hour dance shows) $40 per person +tax. Big Band Dance Party with the Gold Coast Orchestra in the Grand Ballroom from 9:30pm to 12:30am. $47.50, champagne, noisemakers, snacks, and an open bar. (702) 251-3574.

HARD ROCK HOTEL: Marilyn Manson in The Joint at 9pm. $101 general admission, standing room only. 18 years and up may attend. under 18 accompanied by a responsible adult. (702) 693-5000

LAS VEGAS HILTON: The Nightclub features swing music by Dirty Martini's at 8pm followed by Louie at 11pm 'til 2am, followed by Dirty Martini's 'til 3:30am. $65 included 2 drinks and party favors. After 12:45am admission is $20, no drinks included. (702) 732-5755

THE MIRAGE RESORTS: Treasure Island features Mystere at 7:30pm or 10:15pm. The 10:15pm show includes favors and a split of champagne for $75.
